Ryan Brown is a Senior Copywriter at Leo Burnett with over 9 years of experience as an agency and freelance copywriter, working for clients like John Middleton, ComEd, Bacardi, Basil Hayden, Marlboro, E&J Brandy & more. He is creative through and through. He showed this from the start, creating videos for his own YouTube channel while in high school. That creative streak has continued to today at his job as a copywriter at one of the most prestigious advertising agencies in the world, Leo Burnett, in Chicago.
For Ryan, the work never stops. When he is not in the office writing copy, he is expressing his creativity in other ways: writing and producing music, creating a YouTube series and starting his own website. Ryan uses his platforms inside and outside of Leo Burnett to bring people together and create real change. By representing so many human-centered values, it’s not surprising that he was recently named one of Leo Burnett’s Star Reachers. He’s passionate about diversity and inclusion and he wants to help more people from his background get into the ad industry.
