What we collect

Information you give us

• Booking inquiries. When you submit our booking form we receive your name, email, optional company, event date, city, event type, headcount estimate, budget range, and the message you write.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly we receive whatever you send.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps for security and reliability.
• Analytics. If we have analytics enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which pages people read. GA may set first-party cookies on your browser.

Why we collect it

• To respond to booking inquiries and book DJs for your event.
• To maintain a record of past inquiries and clients.
• To improve the site and understand which content is useful.
• To protect the site from abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vendors who help us operate the site:

• Hosting provider — serves the website.
• Email service (Resend or similar) — delivers booking inquiry notifications to us.
• Google Analytics — measures aggregate traffic, if enabled.
• The booked DJ. If we move forward with a booking, we share the relevant inquiry details with the DJs being considered for your event.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Booking inquiries are retained for as long as is reasonable to serve you and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing rsvp@agencyafterhours.com.

Your rights
